Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the sheepskin is protected from moisture.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5 business days.
